Specializing in structured finance transactions with Real Estate in joint venture structures, Mark has been involved in over $2.5 billion of transactions. His expertise spans private placements, Reg D offerings and European Closed-end and Open-end funds. He has structured companies in tax free jurisdictions and has experience with cross-border tax treaties. He has an undergraduate degree from Furman University and he earned the JD degreeat Emory University. He is admitted to the bar in Georgia and South Carolina, but has structured transactions in 19 states and 7 European Countries.
